Dashboard Drill-Down
Smart drill-down dashboard with inline filters
See the Right Work — Then Refine It in One Click
CleanGuru’s dashboard doesn’t just summarize your business. It starts from a clean, today-first dashboard view, focused on today’s work and overdue items. From there, you can drill directly into matching, pre-filtered lists, keeping daily operations clear, predictable, and easy to manage.

How It Works
How the dashboard drill-down works
See the right work — then refine it in one click
Most dashboards force you to choose between high-level summaries or full reports. CleanGuru removes that tradeoff.
From any dashboard metric — inspections, tickets, or checklists — users can click through to a list that already matches the dashboard tile they selected. The dashboard also provides quick links to recent work and schedule views like Day, Week, or Month. Inline filters then allow quick adjustments, such as:
- Last 30 days vs. all overdue items
- Today, yesterday, last 7 days, or last 30 days
- In-progress vs. completed activity
You stay focused on the work itself — not rebuilding views or navigating reports.
How the drill-down works
- Dashboard metrics default to a today or overdue context
- One click opens a matching, pre-filtered list
- Inline dropdowns allow further refinement inside that list
- Returning to the dashboard resets it to the standard today-first view
This keeps the dashboard consistent while still allowing flexible drill-downs.

You can click dashboard tiles to open the work behind that number or link. Depending on the tile, this may include filtered lists like inspections, tickets, invoices, or checklists, recent items like bids, or direct schedule views such as Day View, Week View, or Month View.
This dashboard is built for daily operations. It helps cleaning business owners, managers, and supervisors quickly see today’s work, overdue items, recent activity, and the right next view without digging through reports.
Clicking a dashboard number or status opens the matching view behind that dashboard tile. For example, clicking an overdue total opens the related overdue list so you can immediately see the items that need attention.
Filters can adjust things like date range, status, or timeframe, depending on where the filter appears. For example, users may switch between today, yesterday, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days, or view in-progress versus completed activity.
Yes, if the filter is part of the dashboard tile itself. Changing a dashboard filter—such as a date range—updates the number shown for that tile. Filters used after drilling down help refine the view you opened and do not change unrelated dashboard totals.
